Cosmopolitan cocktail in a martini glass garnished with an orange twist, with a shaker and strainer on a wooden kitchen counter.

This is a popular drink to start almost any occassion.

Ready

  • 1 ½ oz vodka
  • 1 ½ oz triple sec
  • ½ oz cranberry juice
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 orange zest

    • Set

  • Cocktail shaker and strainer
  • Cocktail glass

    • Go!

  • Combine the vodka, triple sec, fresh lime juice and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  • Shake well and strain into a frosted cocktail glass.
  • Rub the rim with orange zest and drop it into the glass.
  • Serve.
