In my kitchen and for my family there is only one linguine that I use and that is rustichella d’abruzzo. It’s the only pasta that I’ve found that actually absorbs the delectable flavors of the sauce be it tomato or clam into its very pores while retaining a rich texture. If you know of another please at it to the recommendations. I’d love to try it.
